I have always been fascinated by the mind. I love James Joyce and stream of consciousness. The quote “Mr Duffy lived a short distance from his body” (“Dubliners”) is truly inspiring.

I started to meditate when I moved to London in 2008, I explored Mindfulness Meditation while I had benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in 2018. My professional accreditations include Healthy Brain Habits, Decision Making and Mindfulness.

My weekly meditation is running on Zoom at 810 pm on Mondays are a great way to unwind at the end of the day.
All you need is a quiet space in your home where you can relax and tune into the meditation (with video switch on or off).
